At 115.7 tons, the SANY SR285MV Drill Rig drills holes up to 7’2″ in diameter and 308′ deep with a friction kelly bar, or 200′ deep with an inter-locking kelly bar. Rated output torque is 210,205 lbf·ft from a 450 horsepower Cummins X12 engine, more than double the SR125MV’s 95,883 lbf·ft.

A multi-speed rotary adjusts to ground conditions and works well for rock drilling. The 56’1″ stroke, fast winches, and high speed spinoff get the rig back on the hole faster. A winch camera, blind side and backup cameras, cab protection screens, and swing alert lights cover site safety. The SR285MV ships on three trucks and typically assembles in under a day.
