Rent a 5.8 to 8 Ton Compact Excavator
The SY50U, SY60C, and SY75C are the smaller compact excavators in our rental fleet, sized for residential utility work, drainage, and small foundations. The SY50U has a short tail for tight sites and roadside work, and the SY60C and SY75C carry a conventional tail with extra counterweight for lifting over the side.
Dig depth runs from 11′ 3″ on the SY50U to 14′ 7″ on the SY75C, and all three machines come with a dozer blade for backfill and grading.

Rent a 9.7 to 10.1 Ton Compact Excavator
City water and sewer work, basements, and storm shelters usually call for an excavator around 10 tons. The SY80U has a short tail that keeps the machine inside one lane on roadside jobs, and the SY95C brings more digging force for foundations and deeper trenching.
Both machines dig past 14 feet, with 73 hp on the SY80U and 72 hp on the SY95C.
Rent a 9.7 ton compact excavator: SANY SY80U, 19,401 lb, 14′ 10.5″ dig depth, 73 hp
Rent a 10.1 ton compact excavator: SANY SY95C, 20,238 lb, 14′ 2″ dig depth, 72 hp
Best for: Municipal utility work, basements, storm shelters, and roadside trenching.

Rent a 16.4 to 17.6 Ton Compact Excavator
Site prep means stripping topsoil, cutting pads, and loading trucks, and that work goes faster with weight behind the bucket. The SY135C digs to 18′ 1″, and the SY155U has a short tail for working next to buildings and traffic.
At 32,783 and 35,274 lb, these two are the heaviest compact excavators in our rental fleet.
Rent a 16.4 ton compact excavator: SANY SY135C, 32,783 lb, 18′ 1″ dig depth, 103.3 hp

Compact Excavator Rentals by Project
SANY compact excavators handle utility trenching, basements, drainage, and site prep across Tulsa, from residential streets to new developments.
Compact Excavator Rentals for City Water and Sewer Work
Water and sewer crews spend weeks trenching down residential streets with traffic going by. Rent the SY80U when the trench runs along the road, since the short tail keeps the back of the machine inside one lane, and go with the SY95C when the main runs deeper.
Compact Excavator Rentals for Basements
Digging a basement means going deep and piling the spoil far enough back that it stays out of the way. The SY75C and SY95C both dig past 14 feet, which is plenty of depth for a basement, and the reach leaves room to stockpile dirt away from the hole.
Compact Excavator Rentals for Storm Shelters
In-ground storm shelters need a square hole dug to depth in a backyard, and the ground around Tulsa is rocky and clay-heavy. The SY60C has 13′ 0″ of dig depth and the breakout force to work through that kind of soil.
Compact Excavator Rentals for Site Prep
On a new lot or a small development, site prep means stripping topsoil, cutting the building pad, and loading trucks. Rent the SY135C or SY155U when you have that much dirt to move, since both weigh over 32,000 lb and load trucks quickly.
Compact Excavator Rentals for Roadside and Tight Work
When you’re digging next to a building, a parked truck, or an open lane, you have to watch where the back of the machine swings. The SY50U, SY80U, and SY155U all have a short tail, so the counterweight stays close to the tracks.
Compact Excavator Rentals for Rock and Concrete Breaking
Breaking rock or busting out a slab means running a hydraulic breaker, and a breaker needs an excavator with the weight and hydraulic flow to drive it. If you already have a breaker for the job, the SY135C and SY155U have both.

Compact Excavator Rental FAQs
What size compact excavator should I rent?
Start with how deep you need to dig and how much room the site gives you. The 5.8 to 8 ton models cover residential utility work and drainage, the 9.7 and 10.1 ton models handle city mains and basements, and the 16.4 and 17.6 ton models are built for site prep. Tell us about the job and we’ll match a machine to it.
What is the difference between the U and C models?
The U models, the SY50U, SY80U, and SY155U, have a short tail that keeps the counterweight close to the tracks. The C models have a conventional tail with extra counterweight, which gives more lifting capacity over the side.
